3. Business Model

FINGYOR operates as a mixed commerce platform, including:

8. Shipping Responsibility

Once an order is shipped and tracking is provided, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

FINGYOR is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages after delivery

• Incorrect addresses provided by customers

9. Refund Policy
