All orders are processed within 2–business days after payment confirmation.
Processing time includes order verification, production (for custom items), packaging, and preparation for shipment.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
United States: 5–10 business days
International orders: 7–20 business days (depending on destination and customs)
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or customs processing.
When available, tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the provided tracking link.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

Delays caused by shipping carriers
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages after confirmed shipment
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
Customs delays for international orders
Customers must ensure all shipping details are correct before placing an order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.
FINGYOR is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Some items are custom-made or personalized.

Production begins after order confirmation

Custom orders follow the same shipping timelines once production is complete
Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly.
FINGYOR is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
However, we will assist customers in opening a claim when possible.
