Our offerings may include physical goods, apparel, accessories, downloadable documents, educational materials, digital resources, and other products developed, owned, sold, or managed by FINGYOR.
We reserve the right to introduce new product categories, expand our services, and modify or discontinue products as our business evolves.
FINGYOR-Owned Products and Order Fulfillment
Products sold directly by FINGYOR are subject to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable policies published on our website.
Depending on the product and fulfillment arrangement, FINGYOR may be responsible for order processing, payment coordination, production, shipping, delivery, customer support, returns, and refunds.
Certain FINGYOR products, including digital documents and other digital resources, may be hosted, displayed, sold, or delivered through third-party platforms such as Fourthwall. Using a third-party platform for hosting or delivery does not, by itself, transfer ownership of FINGYOR products or automatically make that platform responsible for every aspect of the transaction.
The applicable product listing, checkout terms, and policies will determine the arrangements relevant to each purchase.

The relevant third-party seller or platform is responsible for the applicable transaction, payment processing, shipping, delivery, customer service, returns, refunds, warranties, and other purchase-related obligations, as applicable.
FINGYOR may receive a commission from the partner when a qualifying purchase is completed through an affiliate link. This commission is paid by the relevant partner and does not increase the customer's purchase price merely because the affiliate link was used.
Affiliate links do not mean that FINGYOR owns or directly manages the promoted products. Customers should review the relevant seller's product information, terms, and policies before completing a purchase.

Intellectual Property and Digital Products
Unless otherwise stated, digital products, documents, designs, logos, written materials, and other original content created or owned by FINGYOR remain the intellectual property of FINGYOR or their respective rights holders.
Purchasing or downloading a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Customers may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit these materials without the necessary authorization, except where permitted by applicable law or an express license.
